Our 1st Annual BusyTeacher Awards process includes several stages:

NOMINATIONS: 01/03/2012 -01/10/2012

At the Nomination stage, users are offered 18 categories to nominate your favorite education-related website, brand, personality, product or service. All categories are split into the following subsections: Education Resources, Educators, Companies & Brands, Multimedia & Books and Miscellaneous. Users are limited to three nominations per day in all categories. Nominations open on 01/03/2012 and close on 01/10/2012 . Manual selection of finalists will begin at that moment.

FINAL VOTING ROUND: 01/11/2012 -03/01/2012

Once the Nomination stage is over, BusyTeacher.org Administration will select five finalists for each category from the most nominated submissions. The finalists will be announced on 03/01/2012 , at which time users will start voting for the winners. Nominees can promote themselves using a specially designed badge that they can place on their websites to attract additional votes of their users. Votes are limited to one per day per user. Final voting will close on 03/01/2012 .

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS: 03/01/2012 !

Awards winners will be announced on BusyTeacher.org on 03/01/2012 .
